Anyone may create an espresso or Irish coffee, but these one-of-a-kind recipes are the crème de la crème! Whether you’re looking to enjoy a delicacy by yourself or entertaining guests, you’ll enjoy these delicious treats.
1. Caramel Macchiato
Ingredients
- Coffee grinds
- Water
- 6 oz. of steamed milk
- 2 tsp. of sugar
- 3 tsp. of caramel syrup
- ½ tsp of vanilla flavoring

- Add vanilla to the coffee grinds. It will infuse while brewing.
- Brew a strong coffee using a ratio of 3 heaping tbsp. of coffee to 6 cups of water.
- Microwave milk in a large cup until steaming hot.
- Combine coffee, milk, caramel syrup, and sugar. Stir well.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzled caramel – and enjoy!
2. The Coffee and Donuts Frozen Shake
Ingredients
- 1 pint of coffee ice cream
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cake doughnut, crumbled
- ¼ cup of semisweet chocolate, chopped
- Combine the ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract in blender until smooth.
- Use a rubber spatula to stir in chopped chocolate and crumbled donuts.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
3. Iced Mocha
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of cold coffee
- 2 cups of milk
- ¼ cup of white sugar
- ¼ cup of chocolate syrup
- Pour coffee into ice cube tray.
- Freeze until solid, or overnight.
- Blend coffee ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
4. Super Creamy Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 4 cups of fresh coffee
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- ½ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of Irish whiskey
- 2 tbsp. of sugar
- 2 tbsp. of Irish whiskey
- Brew a strong coffee using a ratio of 3 heaping tbsp. of coffee to 6 cups of water.
- Heat 4 cups of coffee, ½ cup of Irish whiskey, and ¼ cup sugar in a saucepan. Do not allow it to boil.
- Whip the whipping cream until light.
- Beat 2 tbsp. of sugar and 2 tbsp. of whiskey into the whipped cream.
- Pour coffee into mugs. Spoon the cream on top. Serve.
5. Coffee Floats
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. of chocolate syrup
- 1 shot of Kahlua
- Seltzer water
- Coffee ice cream
- Mix chocolate syrup and Kahlua together in a tall glass.
- Add seltzer water until the glass is 2/3 full. Stir well.
- Add a scoop of coffee ice cream and serve.
6. Coffee Milk Punch
Ingredients
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 2 cups of brewed chicory coffee, cooled
- 1 ¼ cups of bourbon
- 2 cups of half-and-half
- 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- freshly grated nutmeg
- Blend together the milk, half-and-half, bourbon, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg until well-combined.
- Add ice in batches, and blend at high speed until slushy.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
